Go to the Register page and fill in your mobile number, choose a username, and set a secure password. You'll receive a one-time code on your phone to verify your number. Once verified, your account is active and ready to use. The whole process takes under two minutes on any smartphone.

On the Login page, tap the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number and ZeroSec will send you a reset code via SMS. Use that code to set a new password. If you no longer have access to the registered number, contact support through the details on the About Us page — account recovery with proper identity verification is available.

No. ZeroSec allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts are against the platform's terms and conditions and may result in both accounts being suspended. If you think you've accidentally registered twice, reach out to support straight away to get the duplicate removed before it causes any issues with your balance or bonuses.

After logging in, go to your account settings and look for the Security section. Toggle on two-step verification and confirm with the OTP sent to your mobile. Once active, every new login from an unrecognised device will require a second code — this is the single most effective way to protect your PKR balance from unauthorised access.

You can bet on the next wicket, over runs, match winner, and dozens of other markets in real time. Just make sure you have sufficient PKR balance before the market closes.

If a match is officially abandoned before a result can be determined (for example, due to rain with fewer than the required overs completed), most pre-match bets are voided and your stake is returned to your balance. Live bets already settled before the abandonment stand as they are. Specific rules per market type can be found in the Terms and Conditions.

Yes. While cricket is the heart of ZeroSec's sports section, the Betting page also covers international football leagues, esports tournaments, and other sports. Markets are updated regularly based on the events calendar. Cricket — especially PSL and T20 internationals — gets the deepest market coverage, but football and esports fans will find plenty to work with too.

ZeroSec displays decimal odds by default, which is the clearest format for calculating potential winnings — just multiply your stake by the odds to see your total return including the original stake. You can typically switch between decimal, fractional, and other formats in your account preferences. If the default format looks unfamiliar, decimal is the easiest to get comfortable with quickly.
